All our customer care, sales and marketing staff undertake NVQ Levels 1 and 2 in Cleaning Building Interiors where practical usage and application of cleaning products in a real life environment is a key part of the training. This allows them to understand and appreciate the realities of cleaning within professional premises and equips them to deal with customer queries much more effectively.
